At Studio Ungap for Madmix, a healthy snacking brand, I worked as the Content Strategist & Social Media Manager to create engaging Instagram reels that showcased the perfect balance of taste and health. The challenge was to increase engagement while maintaining the brand’s health-conscious image, targeting a young, urban audience. I crafted a fun and relatable content strategy, incorporating Hinglish captions and vibrant visuals, and leveraged user-generated content (UGC) reels to further boost engagement. This approach resulted in a 35% increase in engagement, 10,000+ views on the first reel, and a 15% rise in followers. This campaign reinforced the power of relatable content in building deeper connections with the audience, and I plan to continue applying these insights in future campaigns.

At Studio Ungap, I served as the Content Strategist & Social Media Manager for Vissco, a leading healthcare and orthopedic brand, where the challenge was to connect with an audience seeking both effective pain relief and products that supported their active lifestyles. By combining humor with real-world scenarios, I humanized the brand while staying true to its core message of improving quality of life. The strategy incorporated engaging Instagram reels, stories, and posts, alongside user-generated content (UGC) and influencer collaborations, which resulted in a 40% increase in engagement, 25% follower growth, and a boost in direct sales.
